Cách khắc phục

Cách 1: Tắt DDE trong Excel

1. Mở Excel (chỉ mở chương trình, không mở file).

2. Vào Office Button (góc trên bên trái) → Excel Options.

3. Chọn Advanced.

4. Kéo xuống mục General.

5. Bỏ dấu chọn ở ô Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE).

6. Nhấn OK, sau đó thử mở lại file.

Cách 2: Đặt lại mặc định mở file Excel

1. Chuột phải vào file Excel (.xls hoặc .xlsx).

2. Chọn Open with → Choose default program.

3. Chọn đúng Microsoft Office Excel.

4. Tick Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.

5. Nhấn OK.

Cách 3: Sửa trong Windows Explorer Options

1. Mở Control Panel → Folder Options (hoặc File Explorer Options).

2. Tab File Types (nếu có).

3. Tìm đuôi .XLS và .XLSX.

4. Đảm bảo hành động Open đang gắn với Excel, không phải ứng dụng khác.

Cách 4: Repair Office

• Vào Control Panel → Programs and Features.

• Chọn Microsoft Office 2007 → Change → Repair.
